What you will love about this home
Our house is small and ground level, with a big garden around it. The house is separated into two parts. From the small entrance you walk into the kitchen and living room area, which is the biggest part of the house. It also has an AC. In this part we eat, watch TV and relax. We spent most of our time here. In the hallway, there is also a toilet. The second part of the house contains the sleeping areas. There is a technical room, small main bedroom with a private bathroom and then two bedrooms with AC, that have a bathroom in the hallway. The rooms each have a table, chairs, cabinets and other basics. The sleeping areas in these two bedrooms are upstairs in the room, where the ceiling is quite low. All the windows have blackout blinds, so you can block the sunlight even throughout the day.
We have a OLED Sony TV connected to the Internet, it contains Netflix, Apple TV, Youtube. It also has Prime Video and Google Play, but we don't really use those. Attached to the TV is a DVD and CD player, we also have a wide selection of both that you can use, if you wish.
The house is efficient, we have our own collectors for water, solar panels on the roof and a heat pump. Everything is automatic. We keep the temperature in the house around 19 degrees celsius. During the colder weather we use our fireplace that’s located in the living room. There is a lot of wood outside prepared for it.
From the living room and main bedroom you can walk onto the terrace and garden, where you can sit outside in the wooden gazebo. Next to it is a pool (18m2) that has its own collectors for heating water. Nearby, we have a small pond with turtles. We own two cats that are both indoor and outdoor. If it’s warm outside, they usually stay in the garden and come into the house to sleep. During warm weather we keep the house open, so the cats can come in and out as they please. Otherwise the cats will tell you if they want to come in our out by standing near the French windows we have in the living room. You would need to feed the cats and turtles. We also have a small dog that lives with us in the house, but she might not be here, we can discuss this. We are open to you bringing your pet as well, we can also talk about it more in the chat.
The garden is very large (4000 m2), but we do own an automatic lawn mower that cuts the grass regularly. We also have fruit trees and fruit and vegetable gardens. I would be very thankful if you took care of these. You can take anything you like out of the garden to eat. Around the house we have a lot of flowers that I would like you to water in the summer.
We also have some bikes that you could borrow. We have three newer adult bikes suitable also for mountains and two older adults bikes, one also can be used for mountains, the other is meant for the city.

What you will love about this neighborhood
We live in a quiet area on the side of a city called Frýdek-Místek, which has around 80 000 habitants. You can get to the center of the city easily by bus, the bus station is very close to our house (about 5 minutes by walk) and it takes ten minutes to get to a forest for a nice walk.
About 20 minutes by walk there is a small shop with all the necessities. Around it is also a drugstore, vegetable shop, fresh eggs from a farmer, stationery shop and a pet store. The closest supermarkets are about a half an hour walk or a 10 minute drive. The nearest are Kaufland and Lidl.
The nearest restaurant is about 10 minutes by walk and it also offers tenis courts. Next to is an old castle that offers a medieval eating experience and a lookout of the surrounding land. Nearby the small shop that is closest to us (as I described above) is also a restaurant and a coffeeshop. There is also a public gym that has many machinery equipment.
The nearest playground is about a 20 minute walk from our house, it has been renovated recently and is quite big. On the way there you go around another restaurant, an off-leash dog park and a track lane.
The city has a beautiful palace, which also has the Museum Beskyd Frýdek-Místek that offers guided tours and other exhibitions. The palace is a short bus ride away or a longer walk (about an hour) from the house. Close to our house you can find the factory Marlenka, which creates most of the typical sweet treats known in Czech cuisine. The factory offers guided tours that include tasting of the products made there.
On the side of the city is a large reservoir, which you can walk completely around or a have a fun day doing one of the multiple activities offered in the area. There are both indoor and outdoor aqua parks, roller skating rental and lots of monkey bars for kids. Frýdek-Místek is situated in the center of Beskydy, it takes about a 30 minutes car drive to get to Pustevny or to Lysá hora, which is the highest peak of Beskydy.
The city Ostrava, which is the third largest city in the Czech Republic, is about 20km away from the house, and is easily reachable by car or public transport. Ostrava is often called a steel city, because there has been a large coal production for many years, the area can be also be visited in Dolní Vítkovice, where are multiple other attractions such as Technology Center, U6 Science and others. Ostrava also hosts multiple famous festivals such as Beats for Love or Colors of Ostrava. Not far from the center is located Landek, where you can also visit the Mining Museum OKD Landek, where you can take a tour in the mines or walk around in nature.
About an hour from our house is the Wallachian Open Air Museum, which is the oldest museum in Central Europe. The museum offers a variety of tours where you can get a taste of the traditional Wallachian life.

Additional information
Everything in the city Frýdek-Místek (where the house is located) and both in Ostrava is easily reachable by public transport. You can pay directly in the buses and trams by card or order tickets online. The other attractions such as Lysá Hora, Pustevny and more are reachable either by trains or by certain long-distance buses. You can easily pay by card everywhere, exceptions might be only smaller shops or restaurants.
