This house has easy access to I-85, NC-147 etc. Uber and Lyft are common in Durham so no worries if you don't have a car! There are also plenty of bus routes, and the neighborhood is walking distance to downtown if you prefer.

Additional information

Our home is professionally cleaned between guests with a specific regimen for covid, including sanitizing all "touch" surfaces (door handles, knobs, buttons etc). A cleaning fee of $125 will be required as deposit when reserving this home.

This listing is for the primary house, and there is an additional "in law" suite at the back of the house with a separate entrance, also available for rent. You will have sole use of the large covered front porch while the back unit gets use of its own private back porch. The driveway is reserved for the back unit.
