What you will love about this home

Modern and contemporary home built within an old Victorian School (circa 1896). Spacious interior with high ceilings, large windows and white walls. There is a large, well equipped dining kitchen. Roof top views of the sea from both larger bedrooms. Superb location, 2 minutes from the Fife Coastal Path and 5 minutes from the best fish and chips on the planet!! 15 minutes drive from St Andrews and 90 minutes away from Edinburgh using car & train.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Anstruther itself is a lovely village rich in history with a small marina, shops and cafes. St Andrews - the Home of Golf - is a fifteen minute drive. Elie, with its wonderful beaches and the Chain Walk is 10 minutes in the other direction. There is a station at Leven (30mins drive by car) with a regular one hour train service into the centre of Edinburgh.
