What you will love about this home

My home is located in a quiet cul de sac

downstairs, you will have a fully equipped kitchen and a living room which has a smart TV

there is a garage which you can store any bikes should you wish to bring any

outside is small enclosed garden you can enjoy

upstairs are 3 bedrooms
BEDROOM 1 - King size bed
BEDROOM 2 - Double bed
BEDROOM 3 - Crib and space for office

BATHROOM - with a bath and has a powerful shower over the bath

Clean towels, fresh bed linen and other essentials are provided

There is a neat, green private back garden with table and chairs for al fresco dining or relaxing outdoors. The pergola has lights that can be put on to give it a more magical look.

Other amenities;
Hair dryer and straightners in airing cupboard
Iron and ironing mat in bedroom 2
Excellent WIFI (ultra fibre)
Kitchen, the house has everything you need to cook for yourself including pots, pans, utensils, salt and pepper, plates, bowls and cutlery.

You will also find tea, herbal tea and coffee (including decaf) in the kitchen cupboard.

Parking: there is enough room for 2 cars to park outside the house and opposite it.... additional cars can park on the part of the road before the house

Electric car charger - this is scheduled to charge overnight when the tariff is most efficient so you will just need to plug you car in

Washing Machine (tablets conditioner are located next to it.
Clean towels.
Fresh bed linen.

There are baby items located around the house so feel free to use these. Please note the house is not baby proof as my little one is currently not mobile (born June 23)

Please note to use the hot tub I require at least 3 days notice in case it has been switched off

What you will love about this neighborhood

Coleshill is a lovely market town on the edge of birmingham with lots of countryside walks on your doorstep. You can find the following within a short drive
Maxstoke golf course
Maxstoke castle
Kingsbury water park
Middleton lakes
Stustoke reseviour


There are plenty of places to eat and pubs within walking distance and resort world, NEC and solihull only a short drive away.

M42 and M6 Mortorways
Birmingham Airport
Birmingham International Station
NEC
Easy to get to the city centre via coleshill train station which is about 1 mile away and only about 7 minutes into Birmingham

Its perfect as a base for exploring the Midlands, or attending a show at the NEC or Resorts World, family travelling to/from Birmingham International Airport or visiting Drayton Manor Park. With places like stratford, leamington, shropshire and malvern not too far away un the car.

My neighbours are lovely and will always be at hand should you need any help.
