What you will love about this home
Bright apartment on the beach with pool and beautiful urbanization. Great to rest and enjoy different types of activities. Ideal for families up to 4 people.
This is our summer home and we did a great reform of the apartment in 2021 changing everything (ceramic floor, walls, opening spaces, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture and bathroom equipment).
The apartment also has an underground parking space at your disposal.
ROOMS
The hall leads to a big living room that consists of a common area in which the balcony has been integrated into the dining room and which also has a space dedicated to the office (desk, office chair and computer screen).
The master bedroom has a a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, all renovated with a large shower.
The second bedroom has capacity for two people (second bed for children) and contains games (balls, rackets, board games, painting, etc.).
There is an independent second full bathroom with shower.
Kitchen with all the good quality equipment (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction, refrigerator, etc.) with a wide supply of kitchenware and kitchen material.
THE VIEWS
The balcony is integrated into the living room, with casement windows that open completely and allow 100% opening to the views. From the balcony you can see the sea to the left (Benidorm, Peñón de Ifach) and the urbanization (communal area) in the central part.
The height of the apartment makes the views spectacular. The living room and the main room face the sea, while the kitchen and the other room face the countryside, there is no building and it allows you to see the Alicante mountains. In addition to how beautiful it is to see the landscape, this opening from one side to the other allows direct ventilation that is greatly appreciated in summer.
URBANIZATION (COMMUNAL AREAS)
The urbanization (communal area of the apartment) is beautiful, with a well-kept garden and great taste for flowers and plants with various types of leafy trees that provide shade in various areas, including the pool, and that give our area a fresh and very healthy environment.
The urbanization has 2 tennis courts, a paddle court, a multi-sports court, a children's play area, a garden area, a gym with exercise bikes, treadmills, weights, equipment and a sauna. There is also a social club with a terrace facing the large pool (with lifeguard in summer). A part of the pool is a children's pool. The pool is adapted for people with limited mobility (access with adapted stairs).

The apartment is located in Muchavista, a very quiet, residential area with access to the beach in a 6 minutes walk. The apartment is very close to places with a lot of movement (restaurants, bars, concerts, etc.).
CONNECTIONS
The apartment is very well connected with a tram stop (Alicante tram) that runs to Alicante and Benidorm 6 walking minutes away and a bus stop with a line to Alicante on the same street, 20 meters from the door. For those who rent a car, they have access to the highway 5 minutes away to also go to other places of interest to the north (Altea, Denia) and south (Orihuela, Murcia). The apartment is located 27 km from the Alicante-Elche International Airport to which many domestic and European destinations fly.

The Muchavista beach is a wonderful fine golden sand beach more than 6 kilometers long where you can practice multiple activities: swimming, stand up paddle, kayaking, kitesurfing and windsurfing, as well as land sports such as volleyball. If you want to take advantage of your visit to continue working out, you'll find exercise machines on the beach itself; you can always do some running by the sea (if you are the running type).
