What you will love about this home
We are looking for a property in central London or Eastside for points or exchange with our LA apartment.
We have an Australian beachside property and an apartment in Los Angeles, Studio City in a luxury gated community with a huge gym, pool spa and office space; walking distance from cafe; shops, station and Universal Studios.
Our Australian property which is sometimes available is a very large, beachside home on the Surfcoast of Victoria, Australia, with spectacular views; walking distance cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarket and main shopping area. Close to surf beaches and gateway to the world famous Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles. Incredible sunset views and there's even a telescope for watching ships, yachts and paddleboards.
Please note that we use a professional cleaning service and there is a $120 cleaning fee required or negotiable with an exchange.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Torquay is a beautiful safe, seaside Australian country town where you can walk from beach to beach, from cafes, to shops and through parklands and playgrounds. It is about 1.25 hours drive from Melbourne.
- Buzzy restaurants: There are plenty of restaurants on the same street as the property only a few blocks away overlooking the sea.
- Cool bars: Growlers; Bowls Club deck
- Cozy cafés: Moby's on The Esplanade is up the street and has good coffee and brunch or walk to the nearby trendy Bowls Club.
- Bit of culture: Ripcurl Surf Museum; Chocolate Factory
- Walks in the park: You can walk to a Beautiful Australian park with a pond, ducks and barbecue facilities
- Spot of exercise: This is the home of world surfing championships and there are surf beaches for every level; or simply walk or run along the beach as far as you can go - if the tide is out you can run all the way to the Back beach where you can stop for a coffee and watch the surfing.
- Day tripping: Torquay is the entrance to the world famous Great Ocean Road which takes you to the Twelve Apostles and other beautiful beaches including Airey's Inlet where there is a light house; Lawn, Apollo Bay and Port Fairy. Or head the other way to Queenscliff where you can take the ferry across to Portsea.
