What you will love about this home

We live in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood close to the beach (a 10-minute walk away). The 800-year old Malahide Castle & Park is a 15-min walk from our house with the town centre only a bit beyond that. Malahide is one of Dublin's most desirable neighbourhoods, where you'll find an extensive choice of high-end restaurants, cafes, pubs, boutique shops and ice cream parlours.

Our house is located in a quiet housing estate by the coast, with stunning sea views. The location is ideal if you want to explore Dublin. There are numerous bus stops and a train station near us: just a 30-minute ride by train will get you to Dublin City centre.

Our home was professionally renovated in recent years and has absolutely everything your family might need: three large bedrooms, a master bedroom with en-suite, beautiful kitchen and a luxury living room with high ceiling.
Additionally we have a separate room with lots of toys and Lego for children to play, an office / guest bedroom and a back garden where you can enjoy some Irish sun.

Malahide is one of Ireland’s most beautiful and well-known towns, winning many prestigious awards. Situated along a stretch of Dublin bay’s scenic coastline, Malahide boasts a heritage village, national visitor attraction at Malahide Castle, a marina, world-class restaurants, cafes, famous pubs, accommodation and conference facilities all along our beautiful sandy beaches.

Additional information

We are a very tidy family with well-behaved children. You can rest assured that we’ll treat your home like our own or even better.

If you choose to stay in our home I will always be available to help you, should you have any questions or need an assistance during your stay. We will also have somebody there nearby for you to contact if needed.
The cleaning fee for point exchange guests is required, the price depends of the size of the group and the amount of rooms being used.
The house will be under light maintenance work summer/autumn 2024 and there is a possibility that one of the bedrooms can be unsuitable for use during that period of time, I will let you know in advance.

We have an electric car that we could let you use it to explore the near by surroundings (given the car insurance is organised). Our house is unfortunately not suitable for people with physical disabilities, and not set up for pets. Should you need a cleaner or a babysitter I can get it arranged at an extra cost.
