What you will love about this home
Welcome to Beautiful Edmonds, Washington.
Our lower level apartment home is totally private with a private entrance. Newly remodeled. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking a private patio, garden and breathtaking views of the water. Designer kitchen, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds, one bathroom with tub and walk-in shower, full laundry room with washer and dryer. Gas fireplace inside and another outside on the patio, hardwood floors, Smart TV, cable and streaming, WiFi. Our home stays very cool during the summer and cozy and warm during the winter.
Our home can accomodate 2 adults.
Edmonds is located on Puget Sound facing the Olympic Mountains. The city is part of the Seattle metropolitan area and is 15 miles north of downtown Seattle. It is home to Washington State's first designated Creative District supporting art in all its forms. It has world-class gourmet restaurants, walking distance from our home. Because the lower level home is completely private, we may be in our private upstairs home, from time to time, during your visit.

- Yummy restaurants: Edmonds has so many delicious restaurants. Our favorites are Bar Dojo, Salt and Iron, Five, The Loft, Epulo. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time.
- Cool bars: Kelnero has the best cocktails in town, and don't miss Daphane's, next to the old movie theater in downtown Edmonds. Be sure to say hello to Desmond, the energetic, long-time bar tender.
- Cozy cafés: Walnut Street Cafe - my cousins from Italy loved their cappucinos!
- Spot of exercise: Harbor Square Athletic Club, running trails, pilates and yoga studios, scuba diving park.
- Day tripping: It's alway fun to walk on the Kingston Ferry for the 1/2 hour ride to Kingston to have dinner on the patio of the Kingston Ale House. Be sure to try their crab cakes.
- Waterfront stroll: Sip a coffee while walking on the beach or watching the tide and ferry come in and out on the waterfront.
- Ferry ride: Walk or drive on the ferry to Kingston. Look south and you’ll see Mt. Rainier, the Seattle skyline and the Space Needle on a clear day. Keep your eyes peeled for a pod of Orca whales if you’re lucky!

Edmonds is a quaint seaside town on Puget Sound. Ships departing from Seattle cruise by on their way to Alaska or Victoria BC. Seattle is a short 20 minute drive or a bus ride or short train ride to downtown on the Sounder Train. Take in the breathtaking views of the water and snow covered Olympic Mountains. The ferry to the San Juan Islands, known for their scenic beauty and Orca whales, is a short drive north. Or, drive 2 hours to Vancouver BC for lunch. Don’t forget to bring your passport!
