What you will love about this home
Our spacious home, 410 m2, is situated in the city centre of Roermond. Roermond is a nice city in the South of Holland, between Eindhoven and Maastricht. It is known from it's water sports and the world famous Designer Shopping Centre, which is on walking distance. The home is literally IN the city centre, when you walk out, you are in the shopping streets, and restaurants surround you!
The home is from the 18th century and is renovated completely two years ago. It is very luxurious: it has a private elevator and it has a home cinema and swimming pool in the garden.
The 5 bedrooms are beautifully designed. The home is child friendly, while we live here with our 4 kids. There are two outside spaces (ca 70 m2 each), one with a warmed swimming pool.
There is a parking lot in front of the home you can use.
We have a cat and we would appreciate it very much if you take good care of her while you stay in our home.
