What you will love about this home
This large and very private property is directly located at the north side of "Ossiacher See", one of Austrians most popular lakes. The small pavillon has a stunning panorama view on the lake and the mountains around. It has a unique 40m long private beach with a 20m pier and an electric boat. As there are no close neighbours, it is more private than you could ever imagine on an austrian lake. The property has sun the whole day. The pavillon has approx. 150 m2 but is mainly one large room with glass front (so you do not really have separate rooms, however, you do have your privacy as there are no direct neighbours). Outside is a private sauna with a 180° panorama view on the lake, which allows going swimming almost all the year.
If you like all kind of water sports - the instructor directly picks you up from our pier at any time for water skiing, banana boat or lake parachuting.

This property is located close to Villach, Austria. It is surrounded by the Alps, so there are a lot of opportunities for hiking, mountainbiking and all kinds of sports. Within 1,5h you are in Udine (Italy) or Ljubljana (capital of Slovenia), in 2h in Salzburg or in Lignano / Grado or Triest (Italy, Adriatic Sea), so you can do daytrips wherever you want.

Bodensdorf is perfectly well located for everything Austria has to offer: Swimming and all kinds of water sports (water skiing, standup paddeling, etc.), mountain biking (there are mountains and mountainbike trails all around starting just "in front of" this property, hiking, climbing, ... In winter skiing - the next skiing resort is just 7 minutes away. Within 30min you are in Italy or Slovenia. Within 15min you are in Villach, the second largest carinthian city.
