What you will love about this home

This is a multi-level family home with three bedrooms and two living areas and a wide north-facing deck as well as a smaller deck at the southern end of the house. There is comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
The home is set in an extensive garden (0.35 hectares) with established trees and flower gardens visited daily by many native and garden birds. The home is sunny and open with a relaxed and peaceful feel. There is beautiful scenery from every window and seating area with lawns and paths to wander.
The property is in an elevated rural area with country views and views to Tauranga city and Mount Maunganui.
There is ample safe, off-road parking.

What you will love about this neighborhood

We live on the northern outskirts of Tauranga. Our nearest shopping centre is Bethlehem, which is a little over 5 minutes drive. Bethlehem has an extensive range of shopping including supermarket, fashion, department store and numerous food stores.
Tauranga is well known for it's lovely climate, beaches and water based activities. We are a 20 minute drive to the beach and iconic Mount Maunganui as well a to several satellite shopping centres..
There are many local bike and walking trails in close proximity and the Kaimai range is close by for more extended bush walks or tramps.
Within a one hour drive your can visit Waihi, Rotorua, Cambridge and Matamata (Hobbiton), amongst other towns, beaches and places of interest. The Coromandel Peninsula lies approximately two to three hours north. Auckland is just under three hours away.

We are open to simultaneous or non simultaneous or hospitality exchanges.
We are happy for guests to come to our home and stay while we are at home. The back part of the house has two bedrooms and a bathroom and can be quite independent. The kitchen and lounge areas and full laundry would be shared spaces.
