What you will love about this home
We are waiting our guests in quiet, peacefull environment 500 meter from the Spa Heviz in our family-run apartment house since the 1980s. We are living in the same house with my family (my father, my mother, my daugther and me), but our listed apartments have separate entrances. We respect other people property and will take good care off it and we expect the same in our house.
Our apartment house can accommodate a total of 15 people at the same time.
Our courtyard-facing rooftop studio apartment on the second floor is suitable for up to 4-5 people (1 double bed + 2 single beds + extra bed is available) with 2 bed- and livingroom corner, a kitchen corner, 2 bathrooms and 2 courtyard-facing panoramic balconies. (Air conditioning: available) In the rear yard parkplace for your car, grape arbour and sunbath terrace usage for your resting.

What you will love about this neighborhood
The thermal lake is surrounded by a park and forest belt, which is also called “protection forest”, as the trees protect the lake from the wind and other environmental impacts. It is the largest swimmable thermal lake in the world. The water in the lake is completely replenished every 72 hours. Its minimum depth is 2 meters, reaching a maximum depth of 38 meters, exactly at the point where the hot thermal water comes out to the surface. In summer, the water temperature is 33-35 °C, but on very hot days it can reach 36-38 °C. In autumn and winter, the temperature is lower, around 24-26 °C. The temperature of the water has a soothing and relaxing effect on bathers and patients, because this temperature value is considered indifferent from the point of view of a person's thermal balance.
