What you will love about this home
My home is only two years old, it is equipped with modern appliances and fixtures, plus your own outdoor eating area and small garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped and pets are welcome as well. This house is part of the Sunrise Ridge resort, so you have full access to the pool, hot tub and gym right on site. Parking access is right at your front door as well. This is a two level home, with a King bed and ensuite in the master bedroom and a queen bed and ensuite in the second bedroom. All rooms have TV's and free Wifi as well. The main floor is open concept with a pull out sectional, wall fire place and large screen TV as well. The unit next door belongs to a friend also on this platform. You can have 8-10 people between our 2 homes. Just let us know if you have a large group and we can assist with coordinating.
What you will love about this neighborhood
We ae located on Resort Drive in Parksville, right on the beach and next to Rathtrevor provincial park. The property has beach access out the front and miles of beaches to explore. We are within walking distance of the Black Goose Inn pub, on the beach, Tigh na Mara resort and spa is right next door as well. You can walk to mini golf at Riptide Lagoon, or rent bikes and cycle into the town of Parksville or explore Rathtrevor. Englishmen river falls is also nearby, for hiking or biking and exploring. There are 3, 18 hole golf courses and 2 full length, 9 hole golf courses all within 30 minutes of the resort as well.
