Formerly a floriculture paradise, now a residential area, "Le Ville" is only a few minutes away from Ventimiglia city centre and Latte's beautiful wild beaches.
For a change of scenery and an immersion into the French Côte d’Azur, Menton is only a short drive away, with lots of fascinating places to explore.

Our house enjoys a privileged position facing south, offering vast views of the Mediterranean sea and the idyllic Hanbury Botanical Garden.
It's developed in two levels and has 2 bedrooms + 1 kitchen / living room + 1 bathroom. It also has 1 fully equipped terrace with exterior kitchen and a garden space with relaxing corner under our wonderful banana trees.
It's perfect for a couple or for a family. It was just fully renovated so it's all in perfect condition.
It has a private car parking.
Please note that we ask a 40€ cleaning fee contribution at the end of the stay.
