What you will love about this home
Our home is a large, comfortable home on 4 acres with many amenities to keep you busy and help you relax. Play a game of basketball on the basketball/tennis court, relax in the pool, hot tub or sauna or take a nap on the back porch swing.
Plenty of room to spread out and give everyone their own spot!
Upstairs you will find a master suite with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds and they share a bathroom located in the hall.
On the main floor you will find another master suite with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. This floor also has our large remodeled kitchen with beautiful window seat as well as our formal living room with fireplace. The dining room, laundry room, sunroom and den are also on this level.
Downstairs in the basement there is another living room area, library, pool table, another sleeping area (queen size bed) and a separate bedroom with queen bed and twin over full bunk bed as well as another full bathroom.
Our outdoor area has plenty of amenities to enjoy. We have a freshly painted deck with porch bed swing, grill and griddle. Walk down the deck stairs and you will find a large saltwater pool, hot tub and pool house that has a full bathroom and sauna. Walk down the back steps to the back driveway and you will see our tennis court which also doubles as a basketball court complete with regulation court lines.

What you will love about this neighborhood
We live in a quiet, rural area just minutes from the city and anything you’d need. We are also just 20 min from exciting Downtown Nashville.
Additional information
We do not accept pets but previously had a cat and 2 outdoor dogs that occasionally came inside. They are no longer at this home but want guests to know in case someone has allergies.
Our home is not a party place so only travelers in the reservation are allowed on property. Any complaints from neighbors could cause us to ask guests to leave.
For insurance purposes there are outdoor ring cameras. There are never cameras inside the house or pointed at private spaces.
We rent our home on airbnb so it is professionally cleaned. It is a large home and our cleaner charges $300.
