What you will love about this home
Our home, set in its own lush gardens, overlooks a beautiful tidal creek. With south facing seating areas, as well as shady spots beneath our mature chestnut and gum trees, it is perfect for an afternoon with a good book, soaking up the rays or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun goes down.
The house is built with energy efficiency in mind, designed for a constant temperature summer or winter, and generates its own electricity from the array of solar panels on the roof.
The eco features do not mean the style is compromised. A dramatic double height kitchen living space opens out onto a deck overlooking the water, while a snug living room boasts a woodburner for chillier months.

Our house is within a ten minute walk of a traditional Cornish village with store, fishmongers, butchers, post office, newsagents and pub.
In the other direction follow the creek along a no-through road for access to the beautiful Mylor harbour. Here you can hire paddle boards, kayaks and windsport equipment, as well as enjoy a coffee or a meal at Mylor Cafe and Castaways Restaurant.
For landlubbers a newly refurbished basketball and tennis court is nearby, plus a large playing field with football nets and children's play area.
