What you will love about this home

July/August 2025: Looking for direct exchanges in Japan and Thailand. No guest point exchanges for the moment.

This recently renovated Provence home boats 5 large bedrooms, a swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong table, fireplace, and outdoors tables and bar in an ideal location between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.

Downstairs you will find one bedroom with direct access to yard, a large open living room, dining room and kitchen and a toilet. There is also a sunroom that leads to the garden and pool.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and a large laundry room. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom at the end of the hall between two bedrooms.

Outside, you have all you need to have a relaxing holiday - a BBQ, two large dining tables, a swing and trampoline for the kids, a ping pong table, and bar overlooking the pool (secured with a cover).

Everything you need is in walking distance to the house, including restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and bus stops to Aix and Marseille.

Note that we have a dog who lives in the home during the year, but he will not be there during your stay.

What you will love about this neighborhood

The house is walking distance to shops and restaurants, on the bus line that takes you to Aix and Marseille, which are also only a 15-20 min drive by car. Also 20 minutes from Sainte Victoire and 25 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Bleue. In short, a perfect get away to explore everything Provence has to offer or to to simply relax at home.
