What you will love about this home
Our home away from home is a modern 4 level townhouse, just steps away from the Old Market in Omaha. The main living space of this 4 level townhouse is on floor 2 and 3. The 2nd floor consists of a great living space with kitchen, living room, and dining space. On this floor, a 70 inch TV, gas fireplace, and modern touches add to this social area. The 3rd floor houses two bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Newly purchased king and queen beds await you for a restful night. A TV is also located in the master bedroom. The 4th level is an amazing private rooftop deck, with outdoor furniture. A private parking garage on the first floor of the townhouse awaits you.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located just steps from the old market, you are within walking distance of unique shops, great restaurants, and the CHI HEALTH Center. This location is also less than 10 minutes from Eppley Airfield and close to Henry Doorly Zoo, and Creighton University.
Our townhouse is located in SOMA, a private subdivision. You will experience a relaxing quite townhome, but a 1 -2 block walk will let you experience the many restaurants, breweries, shopping, and entertainment of the Old Market. A keyless no contact front door entry will allow for ease and convience with access into your private townhouse.
The view of downtown Omaha is amazing from the rooftop deck!

The townhouse has its own 2 car private garage. This garage will hold two mid-size vehicles (Chevy Traverse). Any extended size vehicles are not recommended and most likely will not fit. No outside parking in the private neighborhood; but if further parking is needed, there are public options very close by.
You are in a safe area and walking is a great option to experience the many entertainment options of downtown Omaha! You will be staying in safe environment with good neighbor policies in effect.
