What you will love about this home
Relax with the whole family at our peaceful Blue Lake Springs vacation house surrounded by the forests and wilderness. There is something in here for everyone, swimming, kayaking, tennis, hiking, skiing, relaxing, wine tasting, brewery, bars, fine dining, awesome caves and giant sequoias. 10 min walk to the Fly In Acres lake beach and golf, short drive to the Snowflake Lodge with another lake, pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball, horseshoes, pickle ball, restaurant and more. For the relaxing evenings at home we have fast Wi-Fi, wood burning fireplace, board games, books, puzzles, TV with complimentary Disney+, Netflix and Prime video.
This is a 3 bedrooms + loft/open room in front of the other 2 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Spacious living room, dining, fully equipped kitchen. Almost 1900 sq ft. Garage is available as well. Laundry on site. Patio with BBQ.

Deer and bears frequent the area. Do not leave food outside.
You will be provided guest card to access the Blue Lake Springs facilities - Fly In Acres lake and Snowflake pool,lake, tennis and other facilities. The entrance fee for the Snowflake is $20 per person or $100 for a group of up to 6 people. Weekly discount offered. Entrance to the lake is cheaper and this lake also allows the use of kayaks or paddle boards. The fees are charged by the facilities at the entrance. Take the guest card along with a photo ID the first time you check-in at the facility.
The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and remains open on the weekends during the fall as long as the weather permits. During the summer, the pool includes a snack bar that serves hot dogs, hamburgers and french fries, and snacks. The lake at the Snowflake has a sandy beach and several floating rafts within easy swimming distance. The lake is not very big, good for inflatable toys, chaises and water tubes. The Fly In Acres Lake is much bigger, great for kayaking. If you are looking for a no-cost alternative, White Pines Lake in Arnold is free to public and it is lovely with picnic tables and sandy beaches. Please feel free to use our water toys and beach chairs from the garage and make sure to return them when you are done. On Friday and Saturday nights Snowflake Lodge restaurant is open for dining. The food is excellent, with a menu featuring classic American cuisine and it is lovely to eat outside on the deck on a warm summer night.

It's extremely important to properly close the bear box and don't leave any food or trash outside. Bears frequent the area.
We also ask for a $170 cleaning fee which goes entirely to the cleaning lady. This can be sent to the cleaning lady directly by Venmo or CashApp.
The cleaning fee might be voided on an individual basis. The requests must be made in advance and the voided cleaning fee would mean that the house would not be cleaned prior your arrival. We will never agree to not having the house cleaned professionally after the stay and rely on the guests cleaning themselves.
