What you will love about this home
Our home:
It is perfectly set up for a family stay and child proof for little crawlers and toddlers and the set up with 2 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom also works perfectly for a group of friends.
A third bedroom is currently used as office and has as well the changing table.
Mezzanine apartment on the top 4th floor with lift you have kitchen, living room, bathroom, 1 bedroom with ensuite bath, office on the 4th floor and upstairs is our main bedroom with ensuite bath + crib with another desk for working.
There is a shaded balcony with a table seating 4 and the small rooftop terrace can host during summer a "baby pool" as well as a small table with 2 chairs.
Private parking in the building and also free street parking in case your car is bigger.
There is air con in both bedrooms as well as the living room, respectively heating in all rooms for the colder months.

The location:
Castelldefels is a laid back smaller city with 60k inhabitants with all in walking distance as well as only 30km drive (or 35 min by train) from vibrant Barcelona. It's well known for it's kilometres of sandy beaches. The area where we live is on a quiet play street with some walks in the pine forest just behind the door as well as playgrounds for the kids.
Next coffee place 3 minutes walking away, a bbq style restaurant in the pine forest 5 minutes up the road and next supermarket 10 minutes, shopping mall 15 minutes walking.
If you don't want to take the car, you can either walk to the beach around 45 minutes or take a 10 minutes bus ride which stops 3 minutes away from our house.

During the summer months we would ask for a small contribution based on consumption for the air con with the current energy prices on the rise.
