✭ An attic with twin single beds (open bedroom)
✭ Two bathrooms (one on each floor)
✭ A modern, fully equipped kitchen
✭ A comfortable living area
✭ A dining table for six
✭ Outdoor laundry facilities
The ground floor opens to a lush lawn offering views of the Annapurna Ranges and access to a private infinity pool.
The pool is not heated but is well-maintained year-round for guest use and is best enjoyed in summer.

❀ Firm Mattresses: Our property has firm mattresses to ensure a supportive and restful sleep.
❀ Bedrooms: Our A-frame is designed to be minimal and cozy. The bedrooms are compact and do not include closets for storage. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, a bedside table, and a chair.
❀ Hot Water Availability: We use a 30L electric geyser for hot water. During the colder months, we recommend spacing showers by at least 10 minutes to ensure everyone enjoys a warm shower.
❀ Living with Nature: Being surrounded by nature, you may occasionally encounter harmless creatures like ladybugs or native house lizards inside the property, depending on the weather.
❀ Swimming Pool: The pool is not heated and is best enjoyed during summer. However, it is well-maintained throughout the year for guest use.

✭ The villa is on a hilltop (approximately 15 minutes from Pokhara), so travelling by car or motorcycle is recommended.
✭ We can arrange vehicle pick-up and drop-off from Pokhara upon request.
