What you will love about this home
Enjoy our cozy and bright 3 bedroom home in East Falmouth on Cape Cod in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with its own river beach and just a block from the boat ramp at Child’s River. Fully equipped kitchen. Large yard with spacious deck off the kitchen. Enjoy dinner outside at the table for six with barbeque. You can walk to our neighborhood association beach on a river. Nice outdoor shopping area is 5-10 minutes away. The village of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive. There are many beaches in the area...the closest is a 10 minute drive.
What you will love about this neighborhood
It's a real Cape Cod neighborhood where people love their homes and their neighborhood. We are on a peninsula and our house is about a block from public boat dock--you can bring a small boat, such as a kayak or canoe and paddle over the Washburn Island. We have a small association beach on the Child's River which is safe and pleasant for kids or sitting to watch the sunset.
