What you will love about this home
I love this place, it's homie, vibrant, and cozy.
In the summer you can enjoy coffee on the porch before a mountain bike ride/hiking within a short walk from the house. In the winter it is a skiers paradise where you can walk to the Park City Town lift or catch a quick bus to Deer Valley. There's a large living room to relax in with a medium-sized couch (sleeps 1 person) kitchen is a decent size to cook in, with plenty of counter space. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with a queen bed and the room has wonderful views of the pine trees, the guest room/office has a loft bed with a full-sized bed, and also has a small futon below it as pictured.
My home is a quaint space for people seeking the outdoors, it is a quiet neighborhood tucked away from busy Main Street.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Located in historic Old Town Park City (4 min walk to Main Street) and a 10 min walk to the slopes for skiing. Also right up the street is a canyon you can hike, bike, or snowshoe in and get away from any traffic.
This is a summer paradise and a Winter Wonderland :) There's something for everyone

Additional information
This is simple living and a place you want to go to tuck away from the hustle and bustle. It is in a canyon that has a lot of trees, so cell reception isn't the strongest. You'll have to hook up to the wifi if you want to make any calls. In the summer the place stays super cool, so no need to have the air on- just open the windows. The winter gets pretty chilly, the heater works splendidly and I also have a space heater if needed for extra comfort.
