What you will love about this home
We have a Ranch style house with an open floor plan in the living/kitchen area with a kids play room indoor outdoor space. There is a bathroom for the living space. The four bedrooms are in the back two of them have bathrooms and two share a bathroom in the hall way (the kids rooms). There is a porch going out to the backyard I front of the kids rooms. We live on an acre with hill side open space. There is a large trampoline, two gazebos, a chicken coop, horse ring and barn. In the front yard, there is a small California clay sports court, a swing and basketball hoop. You can play kids tennis or possibly pickleball. We have bicycles, strollers, sports equipment.
What you will love about this neighborhood
The neighborhood is know for its equestrian accommodations, peacocks, walkable streets, over 90mi of hiking/horse trails, and proximity to the beach (4mi). Also, located close to interstate access for road trips (LA downtown 19mi, Disneyland 33mi, Santa Monica 19mi, LAX 12mi)
