Our home is a period semi-detached property of character situated on a beautiful tree lined road in Chorlton, Manchester. There is plenty of space with accommodation over four floors. We have a brand new renovated kitchen diner open plan space which has transformed our home! Comprises: covered porch, striking entrance hall, comfortable and contemporary lounge with feature fireplace, a new large open plan fitted dining kitchen with integrated appliances. A downstairs cloakroom with toilet and second washing machine.
A particular feature of this property is the fully converted basement with hall, bike store room, kingsize bedroom, garden dining room, laundry room and wet bathroom. To the first floor there are four double bedrooms (one of which is used as a home office) with exposed original floor boards and a family bathroom.
