What you will love about this home
Airconditioned family home with Jarrah Timber floorboards, solar power, and courtyard garden, 500 metres from the beach. 200 metres to the Perth-Fremantle train line. 100m to a corner store. 200m to our local Italian cafe. 1km to the supermarket. 1.5km to the river. Newly renovated kitchen with top-end German appliances and freshly repainted throughout in 2021.
What you will love about this neighborhood
Mosman Park is 10 minutes from Fremantle by train or car, and 20 minutes from Perth centre. It is located between the Swan River and South Cottesloe Beach, and features beautiful parks, playgrounds, public river frontage, tennis courts etc. Shops cafes and restaurants within walking distance and smooth bike commuting on the dedicated path linking Perth and Fremantle.
Additional information
We have a beautiful 20 month old Labrador / Border Collie dog, “Poppy”, who is very friendly, good with young kids, and loves running on the local dog beach (500m away) at least once a day. She spends her days and nights sleeping in the garden, and doesn’t bark for attention. We are looking for someone who loves dogs, and loves taking a long walk on the beach with our lovely Poppy!
