This is our beloved home. It is a three bedroom newly built house in Co. Wicklow, Ireland (30 minutes from Dublin City)

The living area and kitchen are spacious and bright with a patio and garden fit for entertaining or relaxing.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed and is ensuite.

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and work desk.

The third bedroom is used as an office space.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Our home overlooks the rolling countryside and is ideally located for individuals/couples who enjoy the peace and space of the countryside, yet want to be close to every amenity you might need, along with excellent transport links to Dublin and beyond.

We are set in the garden county of Ireland: Wicklow and are conveniently located close to Greystones town centre and to the sea! Greystones has many restaurants, cafés and giftshops.

In terms of transport the area is easily accessible by rail, bus or car; DART and commuter trains stop at nearby Greystones train station, Dublin Bus and Airport Aircoach provide regular bus services and the N11/M11 interchange is only a couple of minutes’ drive away.

You can travel to the seaside town of Bray in 30 minutes by bus.

You can travel into Dublin city in under 1 hour.
