What you will love about this neighborhood
Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and very friendly - we love our neighbors! We are also extremely well-located for all conveniences with grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops and restaurants just a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk into Mercer Island downtown center. We are a 2-minute drive to I-90, a major interstate highway that takes you to Seattle (10 minutes), Bellevue (10 minutes) and any major highway to reach Puget Sound destinations like skiing (45 minutes), beautiful hiking (20 minutes), and more. Mercer Island is situated on Lake Washington, and we have shared ownership of a private park with small beach and dock with diving board and water slide. You will enjoy the peacefulness of a tree-filled getaway with access to the lake and the convenience of access to anywhere you'd want to go.
