What you will love about this home
My home is a newly built bungalow in a quiet area of a beach town .There is a master suite with a king bed and two other large bedrooms with Queen beds and every bedroom has its own bathroom. A large open plan great room with a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances..Outside we have a large outdoor covered living area with a dinning table living area tv and a pool table . Our garden and pool area are totally private with lovely gardens .There is an outdoor shower and a half bath in the pool cabina .we live outside all year .

Our area is a beach town with a multitude of international restaurants and bars .many of the restaurants are right on the beach .Our neighbourhood is a safe family friendly area with world class fishing and boating . There are many activities and tour companies that offer zip lining, tours horseback riding ,boating excursions ,scuba diving
and fishing charters..We are 15 minutes away from Playa Grande and Tamarindo where they offer world class surfing. An hours drive away are the beautiful mountains with waterfalls and hot springs and an abundance of birds and wildlife.We love our neighbourhood the community , the friendly people and the Pura Vida laid back lifestyle.
