What you will love about this home
We have a lovely, comfortable and clean home with a nice south facing garden on a lot of 250m2. It's suitable for 3 persons.
The house was built in 1953 at the end of a row, just near the old village centre in a quiet neighbourhood. Shops are nearby.
We bought it in 2014 at which time it was newly renovated with a wonderful ground floor kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a large cooking island and bar, dishwasher and a large fridge. The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet.
The house has a wonderful garden, with a summer house and terras area - wonderful for summer nights!. The summer house also has a small gym with lots free weights and a cross-runner machine.
