What you will love about this home
Our home is a rendered one storey brick home with a zinc aluminium solar panelled roof. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1 office 2 car garage situated on beautiful landscaped reticulated gardens which is on a half acre block.
All bedrooms have queen size beds and carpeted floors with shutters on the windows. The main kitchen, dining room, and snug areas are timber flooring. Wet areas are all tiled.
2 large patios for outdoor entertaining and barbequing and with outside heating.
We have remodled our home recently to include a self-contained
semi-detached apartment.
This includes a kitchenette, lounge with a flatscreen TV and Dimplex electric fire ,2 bedrooms with king and queen size beds, bathroom with shower and bath.
With the private patio, the views over a beautiful garden are a must.
There are multiple birds to see and hear all day, which becomes a time waster but enjoyable.
Perfect for couples, cosy, warm, and relaxing.
We are happy to host with yourselves still being able to have full privacy and independence if you wish.

The main home (primary) would be the host (Ourselves) with the semi-detached apartment for guests if we couldn't leave the home on your requested dates.
Otherwise, this home would be the total exchange should we be able to leave for your requested dates.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Our home is situated in a beautiful coastal tourism town with a population 42,000 4 hours drive or 1 hour flight south of Perth Western Australia. '
Our home is situated opposite a 18 hole Links golf course opposite 2 of the best swimming and surfing town beaches, where sightings of migrating whales are common. The house backs onto Lake Seppings which has an abundance bird life, tortoise crossings and walking tracks. Did I mention we have a cycle track just outside the driveway. Our beautiful historical town is a 5 minute drive also located on the beautiful King George Harbor. This is the last harbor Australian and New Zealand soldiers left from in World War 1.
Our house is on a busy road but is relatively quiet ie traffic noise and our neighbours are very quiet and keep a very close eye on our property when we are away and notify us if there are any problems or change we should know about.
