What you will love about this home
Our home is in the beautiful beachside suburb of Middelton Beach. Our house is situated on the side of a hill and is built over three levels. The top level is out private residence, the middle level there are three ensuite suites which we run as a hospitality business. Each suite has expansive views of the beach and the surrounding hinterland. Each suite has a queen sized bed, separate ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and deep soaking bath (one suite has a spa bath), small kitchette (microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine) and a balcony with a gas BBQ and l fresco seating. There is a laundry available to guests which has a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is a drying area outside.
What you will love about this neighborhood
Middleton Beach is a pretty area of Albany. The city centre is a five minute drive away. Within walking distance there is a choice of dining, bar and cafe options and beautiful Middelton Beach is less than a 5 minute walk from home. The bush reserve is only a few minutes up the hill and is a beautiful place to wander and enjoy the coastal and bush scenery.
Around Albany, within 50kms there are two distinct winery districts, incredible coastal scenery and beautiful old, tall timber forests. Albany is about about 450 kms south of Perth on very good sealed roads. It makes a nice travel loop to travel Perth-Albany-Margaret River region over the course of at least a week.

Additional information
Having a car is essential when visiting Albany. Off-street parking is provided. Because we are on the south coast, weather can be variable. Pack for all contingencies. Saltair is a purpose-built bed and breakfast business we run from our home. Bookings come in all the time which is why we cannot add availability to our calendar . Contact us with as much forward notice as possible and we will do our best to set aside a suite for you.
