What you will love about this home
The lovely sea shell path greets you as you enter our sun-drenched modern cottage "The Bluff Life”, sitting on a majestic bluff 144 feet directly above the sea, affectionally named Beaver Bluff. There are three sliding glass doors that will take you to our deck where you will have ~160 degree views of the ocean/ Cape Cod Bay including Provincetown at the tip of Cape Cod Bay. Our home is just 6 miles north of the Cape Cod Canal and makes for an easy day trip to the Cape or the Islands (Martha's Vineyard/ Nantucket).
We encourage you to set your alarm to catch the most beautiful sunrises over Cape Cod Bay, Provincetown and the inner-cape from the deck. Great memories will be created while you enjoy cooking together in our large kitchen or while cocktailing on the huge deck. In addition to BBQs or Lobster-bakes on the deck and star-gazing at night, be prepared for lawn games, or simply enjoying the view from the Adirondack chairs on the lawn.
Our home was completely renovated 5 years ago and includes a chef's kitchen, four bedrooms (3 queen beds and one with a twin over double bunk) and three brand new bathrooms, all with showers, one with a tub/ shower. The lower bathrooms include walk in showers with rock flooring and rain shower shower head. The living room and master bedroom both have fireplaces and TVs as well! The kitchen is outfitted with anything you would ever need from Nespresso, Le Creuset dutch ovens, lobster ports and an extensive array of serving ware.
Outside you will find a large deck (13 ft x 26 ft) with a gas grills, a sectional dining are and other seating areas. On the lawn there are Adirondack chairs with cocktail tables and cushions along with lots of lawn games including corn-hole! The house has air-conditioning in the entertaining area and master, an irrigation system and a full house generator. We have a large garage and parking in the driveway for 6 cars. Our preference would be to have guests for 6+ nights and we do have a cleaning fee of $200.
Be sure to take a stroll to the association beach to swim, to hunt for seashells & sea glass or to launch your paddleboard. You can also take a short drive to one of many of the nearby sandy beaches or historic monuments just north of us in Historic Plymouth Harbor. There’s something for everyone in Plymouth.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Plymouth, "America's Hometown" was the landing spot for the Pilgrims on Plymouth Rock in 1620 and has remained the quintessential New England beach town with significant history and a lively art scene. While Plymouth is just about 40 miles from Boston, it feels like a world away. We are just 6 miles north of the Cape Cod Canal which makes for a perfect day trip to the Cape or the Islands. Enjoy all the benefits of the cape and more without the traffic!
Our home is in a small private beach community called Ocean Aire Estates within the hamlet of Manomet. We have a beach at the bottom of our street and there are several others within several as well.

Additional information
We have noted "no children" as our house is not equipped for young children (not baby protected) and also due to the fact that our house is located on a Bluff that is 144 ft. above the ocean. We have a "hedge fence" however we are not comfortable with young children close to the bluff. There is not option to allow for older children however we are ok with older children/ teenagers. Please message me to discuss.
Please note that as we also rent the house, we are held to a tight schedule.
- We are open to week (or 2 week) stays that are Saturday to Saturday only.
- We have a professional cleaning company that comes in before and after each stay. We cover the pre-stay cleaning, however, we ask all guests (renters or exchanges) to cover the cleaning fee of $250 (post stay clean). We have fresh linens, towels and some paper products as well as basic spices and condiments for your stay in our pantry.
Please also note that per Plymouth town rules, guests are not allowed to have parties, fireworks or “open fires”. Just register guests are invited to stay over, but friends can visit during the day.
As we have close neighbors, we ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10pm. Also fireworks, open fires or bonfires are not allowed on our property or on our association beach.
