What you will love about this home

On the top floor of a three story building, the apartment has high ceilings and skylights, making it bright and cheerful even on the most cloudy days.

Renovated in 2021, there is an open plan living/dining/kitchen, a spacious primary bedroom and a small single bedroom. Additionally, there is a walled garden around the back of the property which is exclusively for one's use. It is locked and bikes can be stored there safely. We also provide bikes but ask that you bring your own helmet.

The flat is rented for holiday lets from early April until late October. There may be availability after July, so get in touch if you are interested. We would be interested in non-reciprocal exchanges. We ask that you pay the cleaning fee of £100 as someone else will be most likely coming in right after you.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Located in picturesque Lymington, we are literally at the top of the town. The train, with regular service to London Waterloo, is a short walk away. There is easy access to the Isle of Wight ferry to Yarmouth as well, perfect for a day trip. If you don't have a car, there is regular bus service which can take you to nearby towns and villages.

Lymington has an abundance of fine places for breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner. It also hosts a regular Saturday street market, which is two minutes walk from the apartment,

The New Forest is a playground for all ages. There are outstanding walks, fantastic cycling routes, beautiful gardens, and it's less than an hour to Stonehenge, Salisbury, Winchester, and Portsmouth. Visit its website https://www.newforestnpa.gov.uk/ to learn more.
