What you will love about this home

My home is a lovely peaceful place nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by pine trees. The open design first floor includes a formal dining room, living room with gas fireplace and smart TV, breakfast area with view of green woods. For most of the year, the weather allows dining al fresco on the deck, which has a retractable awning. Cooks will love the large kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
There is guest bathroom on the first floor. The upstairs has 2 guest bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The laundry room is upstairs. The second floor cozy sitting room includes a television and electric fireplace. The leather sofa there turns out into a single bed for extra sleeping space.
The house is decorated with soft peaceful colors of white, light sage green and delicate pink.

What you will love about this neighborhood

My house is located in heart of the Research Triangle in North Carolina which includes the cities of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. Three major research universities, Duke, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and North Carolina State University as well as multiple technology and biotechnology companies are located here. Although my house is surrounded by woods with lovely pine trees, it is only 6-7 minutes from shopping and Interstate 40 highway. I am within 20 minutes of a number of charming little towns including Carrboro, Cary, and Apex. Raleigh, the state capital is about 25-30 minutes away. Raleigh Durham Airport is 16 minutes away. I have easy access to walking and biking trails and sports parks. Jordan Lake is about 20 minutes away. There is a lovely community swimming pool in my neighborhood. My neighborhood is quiet. I live in a cul-de-sac with little traffic. My kitchen opens to a deck that looks into the woods. My front porch looks upon a woods through which runs the American Tobacco Trail, a 26 mile long walk and bike trail. Our community pool is lovely and clean.
