Nestled in the Sierra Nevada mountains in Truckee, Ca. A trail system behind the house provides a nice walk to town. Close to Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe and the many recreation opportunities this area provides. Large back deck with a BBQ is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. A well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and WiFi are provided.
What you will love about this neighborhood
Located on a quiet street, shaded by pine trees, neighbors are friendly and will often stop to chat. Neighborhood is a mix of primary residences, second homes, and a few vacation short-term rentals. Our family has owned this home since it was built, and we have built many precious memories here!
