What you will love about this home
Very open and hospitable family proposes to exchange apartments. We offer a comfortable and cozy 3-room flat, situated on the ground floor. Our flat is very small and modest, but very comfortably furnished, equipped with the highest quality appliances (iRoomba vacuum, Smart TV, dryer, coffe machine etc). It can host even 6 people, but most comfortable it is for two adults and two kids, cause this is how our family looks like :) Our flat is:
1. A living room with a super-soft, huge corner with a sleeping function. (But our huge bed is much better ;) ). There is also a big smart TV (55'') opposite the corner. You can play on PlayStation4 console in here! (but sometimes we take it with us for travel). If you prefer traditional games, here is over 100 board games for you and your family;
2. Children's room with two beds (90 x 200) on the entresol, smart TV with Netflix (32''), two children's scooters, and million toys. If you work online, there are two comfortable desks here, but very fast internet is throughout the flat, so you can choose another place;
3. A bedroom with a very comfortable, extra big continental bed (200 x 200) and smart TV (40'') You will love it;
4. Small bathroom with walk-in shower;
5. A modest and small, but functional kitchen with lot of equipment, so you can cook delicious meals for many people. Help yourself with everything you find (check out our delicious, self made alcohol).
We are leaving for our guests:
-a fridge full of delicious local food and fruits;
- a full-tank motor scooter with helmets in different sizes
- bicycles, scooters for children, skateboards, ping-pong rackets, basketball ball;
- a package of tips and maps with information on what and when to see best in and around Szczecin. We provide a lot of paid and free entertainment, all tested :)
- subscription to Netflix, Disney+ and HBO go, AmazonPrime, SkyShowTime - a million films in your language!
- reliable internet WiFi, the fastest on the market
- lots of family board games
No animals live in our home (except fish in the tank), so you don't need to worry about allergens - we have an air purifier with HEPA filter. If you want to bring your pet with you, it is always welcome in our house, we love animals.
This building is really old one (1940).The advantage is that walls are very good and thick walls- in the apartment there is always 20 degrees, even when its 30 degrees outside.
We are open for every destination!

What you will love about this neighborhood
Szczecin is the third largest city in Poland, although the number of inhabitants varies around 400,000. The area of Szczecin is divided into three equal parts - one third is green areas (parks, forests), the second is water areas (lakes and rivers), and the third is urban buildings. We have a lot of old buildings, beautifull castle and all entertainments that big city has.
Our home is in a great location - for living and for seightseeing also. A lot of playgrounds, courts, outside and inside gym around. There are few cheap markets around, one of them is in the same building. The library is our neighbor! As well as a hairdresser, a beauty salon and a 24-hour medical center. In 6 minutes you can be on the river, in 15 you can be on the lake with beach, kayaks, water bikes and other entertainments.
Please note, that the apartment is located on the ground floor and it is quite a busy street with bus stops - there is not always complete silence here.
Just with the public transport, in less than 30 minutes, you can be in every place in the city, even the most remote place. We have great connection to all parts of city. City center is just 10 minutes walk, and Odra river is 6 minutes walk.
You can also use our motor scooter which is the fastest way (but just for 2 people max).
There is a free parking for guests outside. If you use electric car, you can charge it on the public parking, which is 300 meters away.
We have a lot of city entertainment and fascinating architectural building. Szczecin has also a lot of lakes, rivers, and parks if you prefer spend time with nature. Two horse farms, two mini zoo gardens, and many forests with BBQ/fire-places are also around.

Polish people are very friendly, specially for tourist. If you need help, you will always get it from a random passerby, but remember that your hosts will be available for you at any time of the day or night, so you don't have to worry about anything. You can feel safe and enjoy your holiday :)
If you want to visit Baltic See, you need just 1,5 hour trip with train, car or ship.
If you need, we can organize Airport or train transfer for you, but it is pretty easy to get to our place. We can also pick you up from train/bus station or Airport.

Szczecin Airport - 40 km (<1h by bus/train)
Berlin Airport - 190 km (2,5h by bus/train)
