What you will love about this home
Large, nicely furnished, modern family home with a large garden area and BBQ area . Spacious kitchen / living area with separate sitting room. 4 double bedrooms. Ample parking .

What you will love about this neighborhood
We are located on Forth Mountain , just 10 minutes outside Wexford town in the Sunny South East of Ireland.
We are 1.5 hours south of Dublin by car and 20 minutes drive from Rosslare Europort.
The beautiful hiking and cycling tracks of the Three Rocks Trail are literally outside our front door.
These trails have recently been renovated and are clearly signposted - you can choose from a number of different levels of difficulty .
Enjoy up to 14 km (one way ) of trails or pick a shorter routes and enjoy buggy / toddler friendly sections such as Pennylands trail (with Fairy doors) or the very scenic Carrigfoyle lake ( located in old quarry ).
There are lots of car parks so you can plan your hike/ stroll and make life as easy or as challenging as your mood takes you .
Historical sites
Wexford is a beautiful vibrant Viking town ( 10 minute drive ) located on the estuary of the River Slaney where you will be spoiled for choice for places to eat - either scrumptious cafes and award winning restaurants.
The world famous Wexford Opera Festival is held in October every year and is accompanied by a huge variety of fringe events that are held in the spiegeltent on the quay front and in various pub venues throughout the town .
Johnstown castle , agricultural museum , Lakeland walks and play area is 5 minutes drive and is well worth a visit .
Irish National heritage park is located less than 10 minute drive from our house - this park is set in 40 acres of natural woodland and includes a Falconry.
Tintern Abbey and walking trails ( 30 minute drive ).
The famous Dunbrody Famine ship ( New Ross ) is a 30 minute drive . This replica 1840s cargo ship which later became an emigrant ship is berthed on the River Barrow with a cafe / visitor centre just beside it .
While in the New Ross area you could also Visit the JFK Arboretum and Kennedy Homestead.
Hook peninsula
Hook lighthouse is the oldest operational lighthouse in the world. It is located on Hook peninsula just 40 minute drive. This is one of Irelands favourite attractions and this area is highly recommended for a day visit with the choice of 14 different beaches on the peninsula , make it Mór adventure centre ( kayaking , canyoneering) and award winning cafes.

Of course you don’t need to travel 40 minutes to hit the beaches ! We have a number of beautiful beaches from 20 minutes away from our house.
Rosslare strand ( 20 minute drive ).
Ballytrent / St Helens Bay (25 minute drive )
Curracloe beach ( 25 minute drive ) where saving private Ryan was filmed . Includes scenic Ravan loop walk in beach / through woodlands.
Kilmore quay ( 20 minute drive ) has a lovely little cove , day trips to Saltee islands are available from here.
