What you will love about this home

We are all booked for July and August 22.
In 1 min walk you can jump into Præstø bay or enjoy the water by swimming or paddle board. The terrace and garden is ending in a spacious private green area facing the water.
Inside: A cozy and comfortable combined kitchen and living room with a wonderful view at the water and bird reservation islands. Cozy nordic style furniture adds to a light and relaxed atmosphere in the house.
Downstairs: Entrance, hallway, newly renovated spacious bathroom and combined kitchen and living room with view to the bay water . The sofa can be opened and a double bed arranged if you wish.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms. One is a double bedroom facing the water, another single or double bedroom as you wish towards the water, and a twin bedroom towards the city/'Næbskov' forest.
We love watching the sunset every night, which make the day seem longer. It's SO relaxing to stay here, and we never want to leave.
NB: There is a bird cage in the twin room upstairs as well as some decorative twigs for them in the ceilings, but we have the birds in our first home in Copenhagen, so you won't need to attend to any animals.
There are paddle boards available but our boat is currently in the lake close to our 1st home in Bagsværd.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Præstø town is renowned as a cultural pearl in South of Sealand, with a lovely harbor, many concerts and good restaurants, one Michelin.
There is a lively atmosphere with local markets, where people come from far to attend. You find supermarkets with a wide choice and reach Præstø city center by 5 min drive - or if you so wish a lovely bike ride down the coast. There is such a friendly atmosphere in the charming local shops.
The surrounding nature is beautiful with vast forests, deer, berries, wild orchids, bird reservations, walking and biking paths. In the Faksinge forest you find mountain biking paths close to the Bosei japanese center witch is renowned for the unique swimming pool immersed in the forest.
