What you will love about this home
Temporarily not doing exchange with this house in 2024 & 2025.
We are in Spring, Texas.
It is 15 minutes from The woodlands area where you can find The Creekside Market, The Woodlands Market street, Hughes Landing & The Woodlands Water way filled up with high end shops, Cafes, restaurants & parks.
It is our sanctuary that nesting on a golf course with double pars, 2 manmade lakes in between the pars with a fountain.
Not only that we have a beautiful golf course as our backyard, we also have a big & beautiful swimming pool with waterfalls features & flower beds.
In the back patio, we have the upper side with seating for 6 people, the mid area of the deck has dining table for 6 people with umbrella, designated BBQ area. The pool level area has 4 lounge chairs, 2 on each side.
Our backyard is gated but you can access the golf course directly for a convenience access as if you want to have a morning walk.
The House :
Our house is almost 6000sqft / 600m2 in size. It has a charming craftmanship style from the outside and europeal flare in the inside. As you walk in, you will notice the hand painted dome & Ceiling in the formal living room and the formal dining room on the left too. We have a pretty large size kitchen with island and a breakfast table by the door. There is also a cozy TV room with large and deep sectional where everyone can sit confortably. We put 85" TV with bose speaker to enhance the entertainment.
This house is filled up with plants and I would be glad if I can get help watering them once every 10 days. They don't need much of water as they are mostly the easy care kind of plants.
You will also be surounded by old slot machines, pinballs, old cash registers and other collectible items that my husband has. You are welcome to play with them and not too worry about breaking them. He is the expert on fixing all these machines and bringing them back to life.
The Room :
It is a 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms house.
- On May 2023 we put 3 weeks availability for exchange and only apply to the 3 bedrooms. It is 2 bedrooms with Jack & Jill bathroom, and 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. All with queen beds.
The Master bedroom is off limit.
The upstair area is NOT fully furnished / we don't really use it.
- By September 1st forward, we will only consider a long term exchange.
We prefer One to Three months exchange with points or reciprocal exchange.
Car & Parking
We have Nissan Armada, a big SUV that we include in the exchange. You are welcome to use it if you are confident with your car insurance.
We will provide an agreement paper for you to sign seperately on this.
If you have your own car, our driveway can take another 3 to 4 cars confortably.

What you will love about this neighborhood
This is a quiet golf course community neighborhood with a beautiful gated backyard and steps away from the golf course. Basically the golf course is my backyard. Very convenient if you are a golfer, however, living here does not automatically entitle you to be playing golf for free.
We are also on a street that only serves the neighborhood and has no outlet. Although it feels very quiet & hidden, The Spring Parkway or town square is only 3 miles away and filled with many restaurants and activity center.
