What you will love about this home
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms on main level and additional bedroom and full bathroom in basement. Spacious open floor plan and updated kitchen and baths. Basement has additional family room with TV as well as a large bonus bedroom / gym with bunk bed, exercise bike, yoga mats and dumbbells.
Quiet street and wonderful outdoor space with large backyard and nice patio. Backyard is perfect for kids with large wooden play structure and trampoline.

West Highlands is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Denver!
Large bungalow right in the West Highlands neighborhood of Denver. Our home is walking distance to many stores and restaurants at Highlands Square and Tennyson Shopping District.
We are a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver with tons of museums, an amusement park, and the aquarium. We're also about a 30 minute drive from great hiking and mountain biking in the foothills and 1.5 hour drive to multiple ski resorts.

We have a sweet, but shy, cat who will need to be cared for. We also have 5 chickens who will give you fresh eggs everyday and require very little care in exchange. During the summer, the garden will be full of fresh tomatoes and other delicious produce.
Sorry --no smoking of anything anywhere on the property.
This is our main home, meaning it is only available for exchange or when we're going to be out of town. Our availability is mainly during US school holidays and the summer.

"Amanda’s home is the perfect place to stay in the Highlands! With a wonderful porch, private garden, patio, and kids play structure, the outside space is great. Inside there is a lot of space to relax and play as well as good spots to get work done if you need to. Amanda and her local manager are responsive and accommodating. The house is full of personal touches that make you feel at home, and has a wide array of children’s items if that’s useful to you. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Amanda helpfully suggested some affordable and good local cleaners that we used on our long stay. You can’t beat this lovely place in a lovely location."
