What you will love about this home
Our home is all about comfort. After a long day at the beach or bike riding the amazing trails the island has to offer, you might want to relax on the back patio with a glass of wine or maybe take a swim in the pool.
Our beaches are outstanding, and bikes are allowed. We supply beach chairs, umbrella, beach Buggie, beach toys and by request... bikes.
Our 1250 sq ft condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. One bedroom has a King bed and the other has 2 queens. We also have a queen pull out couch, a child's folding bed with a safety bar and a pack and play.
The Hilton Head weather is on average 45- 65 degrees F. during Dec, Jan, and Feb. months but can go into the 70's at any time. No snow and ice!
The summer months of June, July and August are hot and humid. Much of the time is spent in the pool or ocean.
The living room and both bedrooms have smart tvs. Our 2 large couches are comfy for a movie night.
Our kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay.
Unfortunately, our condo association does not allow pets and smoking anywhere on the premises.

What you will love about this neighborhood
We live in the heart of the island. The beach and restaurants are all within a few minutes' walk. Music is big here and there's lots of it! Walking and biking trails run throughout the island as well as Free Trolleys. Across the street is the new Celebration Park where families can enjoy the Adventure Playground and outdoor concerts. The Hilton Head Airport is 15 min away. Or the Savannah/Hilton Head airport is 45 min away.
There is a lot of history here and since the island is just 4 miles wide and 12 miles long it is very easy to get around. Savannah Georgia is a beautiful city with loads of history and just 45 min away. You can take a ferry there if you like.
Gators are in some lagoons on the island, and we can tell you where to get siting's if interested.
There are many opportunities to get out on the ocean. Kayaking, canoeing, sunset cruises and Dolphin cruises are popular. There are over 400 bars and restaurants on the island, and many have live music. In fact, we have found some of the best musicians live and play on HH island.
There is a lot of history here and since the island is just 4 miles wide and 12 miles long it is very easy to get around. Savannah Georgia is a beautiful city with loads of history and just 45 min away. You can take a ferry there if you like.

Additional information
We would like to spend some time in a warm climate for any period of time in December, January, February. It could be 2 weeks or 2 months. We also would consider any other time of the year for non-reciprocal.
We rent our condo in May, June, July and August to cover costs however we may consider an exchange in the summer if we really love your place and you want a reciprocal exchange in the summer but we would need to plan ahead.
