What you will love about this home
The first thing you’ll notice is the architect-designed front yard patio for easy outdoor enjoyment. On the main level, you’ll enjoy a recently renovated kitchen, living room with piano and TV, dining room, spacious bedroom, separate office with a futon couch to double as third bedroom if needed, and a full bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find the renovated master suite with full bath and access to the laundry in the garage. The house is full of light and and shared with two sweet cats named Miley and Otis.

Our home is located in the beautiful, quiet and convenient Crocker Highlands/Lakeshore neighborhood in Oakland. The neighborhood is very walkable to shops, restaurants, Oakland’s jewel - Lake Merritt with two kids’ parks, a 3 mile walking path, amphitheater and the adjacent Oakland Museum, the Grand Lake Theater, and Trader Joe's. Oakland has been called one of the culinary capitals of the world and there are many fine establishments within walking distance. Excellent hiking in the redwoods awaits you and the Oakland Zoo is award-winning. Get to iconic San Francisco in 20-30 minutes via car, Bart, a Transbay bus or the ferry. Napa and Sonoma wine country are only 1-1.5 hour drive. So many fun times await you!
