What you will love about this home

(Some restoration is being done on the house so I can't accept any request untill further notice)


End of 18th beging of 19th century mansion farm and it's 11 hectares (27acres) of fields and forest, on it's (long) way to be fully restored but still totally functional, 10-15 min away from the reknown medieval town of Puy-L'Êvéque and less then 1h45 hour drive from the 2000 years old city of Toulouse (Tolosa).
Many Classed or reknown site within 1:15 hour drive like "Le gouffre de Padirac", "Rocamadour", "st cirq la popie", "Château de Bonaguil"....
The lot river offer oportunities of kayaking, fishing and swimming.

After some research, it seems like the first stones have been set in the medieval period on the bear rock, regarding the elevated location on the rock belt with a good sight on the little valley, this location to start building made complet sense.
But most of the actual building are from the 18th century, the dovecote 1802 and the most rescent extension is from the 1930's that lost it's charm.
There is an outdoor bathroom that is very pleasent during the summer time.
And starting summer 2023, i will build a private "Bania" (Баня) Sauna, with direct acces to the old stone build "lavoir" converted into a mini swimming pool.

(My proprety is big enough to allow many extra guests on mattress or tents, after a certain number of people and stay duration extra guest points could be added, to discuss directly with me for details)

What you will love about this neighborhood

The neighborhood is composed by retired people mainly English, Dutch and French for most nice and welcoming. They are people that bought old farm house campound and small housing to enjoy what the region has to offer. Their is a well known organic winery in the neighboorhood along with conventional ones, that can share a lot about the region and it's evolution.
