What you will love about this home
We live in a 4 bed detached house with a private garden. We have 4 bedrooms, one with bunk beds. We have a play room full of books, musical instruments and games. We have a pool table and lots of living space. The garden is south facing and there BBQ facilities and seating.
What you will love about this neighborhood
We are just minutes walk from HOWTH pier, beaches, deer park rhododendron gardens and walks, the cliff walk, pubs, restaurants and the most beautiful scenery is on our doorstep. Our home is spacious and well equipped. There’s a local playground, a yacht club and golf club here. Our neighbours are really kind and friendly and our cup de sac quiet and perfect for kids to play and make friends.
