What you will love about this home
Guests will love the incredible views from every room of the city of Santa Barbara, the islands and the ocean. They will enjoy our quiet and lovely neighborhood which is close to local beaches, wineries, restaurants and shopping. This is a contemporary, custom built dream home with large view decks on both levels.
Our main living area is downstairs and is available for guest points. We may be staying in the upstairs studio during your guest point visit. The entire house is available for reciprocal exchanges. This first floor level has a full eat-in kitchen with new appliances, copper countertops and a granite island. It comes fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc... There are two beautiful bedrooms, dining area, living room, two full bathrooms and a laundry room on this level. All rooms (except the bathrooms) have beautiful views. The deck has sweeping views of Santa Barbara with two lounge chairs and additional seating (rocking chairs). There is access to the patio with an outdoor grill as well as aderondack chair seating around a gas powered fire table.
Our upper level master suite/studio has a bar/kitchenette. There are two under the counter refrigerators, a coffee pot, toaster, microwave/convection oven, pantry and dishes etc... It is fully stocked! There is a full deck with spectacular views of Santa Barbara and the ocean. The bed is a California King. On the deck there is outdoor dining and a jacuzzi. This master suite has a private entrance as well as an entrance at the front door. It functions as a completely separate and private unit.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Guests will love this quiet neighborhood of beautiful view homes. A great place to vacation! We are close to several historic landmarks such as the Santa Barbara Mission and Rose Gardens, which are across from the mission. The Rose Gardens are great for picnics and enjoying the sunshine. The Santa Barbara Botanical Garden is 5 minutes from our home. The Natural History museum is also close by. Mission Canyon is well known for its views and sunshine. We are a 10 to 15 minute drive to Butterfly Beach, East Beach Leadbetter Beach and Hendrys Beach. These are all wide, sandy beaches which are exceptional in regards to swimming and surfing.
