What you will love about this home
Our house is our a weekend house , but the equipment is like normal family house.
There is central heating,stove, drinking water and sewage,wifi.
House is built mostly from wood and partly from bricks.
Our family uses mostly ground floor where is big kitchen , large table ,sitting corner There are two bedrooms with double bed in each bedroom.There is large terrace in front of house looking to the forrest - very quiet and beautiful and balcony looking North to mountains .
There two appartments in 1st floor , each with own small kitchen ,WC and shower or bath. one appartment has 6 beds and the other 4 beds.
Since we have 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren , we fill up whole house when we meet all...
We can offer for exchange 1st floor or in extraordinary case also ground floor (not included in basic specification), ie. we have 14 beds in total , bathrooms and 5 WC).
Our site has about 6.000 m2 , so there is place enough for playing of chidren all around and for sport.

House is situated in the heart of Czech Paradise - wonderful place for holiday . You can make many treks , driving bycycles, swim in lakes and rivers , climb sandstone rockies, enjoy many restaurants. At the same time you can visit Prague , the capital ( it is about 35 minutes drive on highway as well as other nice towns (Liberec, Mlada Boleslav) and towns and villages with old type historicakl buildings , castles , chatueus and ruins...
