What you will love about this home

Our apartment is located on the beautiful peninsula of Alt-Stralau in the district of Friedrichshain closed to the city center. Our flat has 3 bedrooms (2 double / 1 single ), a living room, winter garden, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace with a view of the water and the park opposite. We have a large garden with barbecue area, playground and meadow. A closed parking lot belongs to the apartment. With appropriate arrangement and mutual exchange, a car (Mini), a scooter and a motorboat are also available. The boat is moored directly on the property. Furthermore 3 bicycles are available.

Unsere Wohnung liegt auf der wunderschönen Halbinsel Alt-Stralau im Bezirk Friedrichshain und hat neben 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, Wintergarten , Küche und Bad auch eine Terrasse mit Blick auf´s Wasser und in den gegenüberliegenden Park. Wir haben einen großen Garten mit Grillecke, Spielplatz und Wiese. Zur Wohung gehört ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Bei entsprechender Absprache und wechselseitigem Tausch stehen auch ein Mini, ein Motorroller und ein Motorboot zu Verfügung. Das Boot liegt am Grundstück direkt an. Darüber hinaus stehen 3 Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Alt-Stralau is located in the district of Friedrichshain and is 15-20 minutes by car to the city centre. In the middle of parks and water our peninsula is a holiday and children's paradise. In the middle of greenery by the water and very quickly in the city. All public transport is within walking distance.

Alt-Stralau liegt Bezirk Friedrichshain und ist mit dem Auto 15-20 Min. bis zur Innenstadt. Mitten zwischen Parks und Wasser ist unsere Halbinsel ein Urlaubs- und Kinderparadies. Mitten im Grünen am Wasser und sehr schnell in der Stadt. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind fussläufig erreichbar.
