What you will love about this home

The home is new construction and has great appliances. We utilize one of the 3 bedrooms as an office, but there is a blow-up mattress that can be placed there. As this is a primary home, you'll have everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your visit. We have a cat that you would be lightly caring for - she has an auto-feeder, so all that is required is changing her water and litter box (plus lots of snuggles).

What you will love about this neighborhood

Located in an affluent area of Oakland, we are at the top end of a busy shopping and dining street. Easily walk to coffee shops, boutiques, and even a Michelin starred restaurant. There is a bus stop less than 100ft away that takes you directly to a Bart station (~20 min walk away) and through to downtown SF.
