What you will love about this home
Our house, warm and bright, is located in a small suburb town with lots of trees and flowers. Between city and nature. Very spacious and comfortable, you will find everything to relax. The kitchen has been renovated with modern appliances. Well furnished with food processor, mixer and a slow cooker. Open space between the kitchen, dining room and lounge that is perfect to prepare meals in family or with friends. Fireplace and comfortable furniture in the lounge . Terrace and garden in the backyard, including an inground heated pool. BBQ at your disposal.
On the first floor, an office with unlimited internet access, one Queen bedroom (200 cm X 152 cm) with complete bathroom. An other room is also available to stow away your things or put a mattress on the floor for a young child. In the basement, two more bedroom (with double bed (190 cm X 140 cm) both) with complete bathroom, including washer and dryer. The main room downstair is also a training room ( treadmill, stationary bike and elliptical and Bowflex) and home theater (including Netflix).
Two bicycles at your disposal when we will not use them, to discover our beautiful small town.
Possibility of including a car in the exchange.

What you will love about this neighborhood
The town of Rosemere has been rewarded in 2017 with the international price of "flowery community". Since 2015 we earn 5 Florets, which is the highest distinction in Québec that underline the spectacular horticultural embellishment of the city. This award demonstrate the uniqueness of Rosemère, one of the nicest city of Québec, that you can visit by walking or cycling.
We have many parks with pedestrian facilities. The Tylee marsh is well organised for walking and nature lover. The entrance is in walking distance of the house. Quiet neighborhood with a minimum of traffic. In 10 minutes walk you will find restaurants, shopping mall, drugstores, banks and grocery stores. Nearby park with play areas for kids, tennis courts in the summer and ice rinks in the winter.
Quick access to the commuter train (6 min by car, 13 by bus or 27 walking distance) to go to Laval where you can catch the metro line to go to Montreal. The commuter train can also go north to the Laurentians. By car, you have a 25-minute ride to Montreal or the Laurentians (Mont Tremblant) where we find lots of activities in the winter (alpine ski, cross country skiing, slide slope, snowshoe trail or skating) as in the summer (bike path on the old Laurentian train path, mountain walk, kayaking and water park). Other activities include Game Park, theater and movie theater, animal park or lavender house. We are about an hour from Mont Tremblant and 2.5 hours drive from Quebec City (provincial capital city) and Ottawa (national capital city)
